River Park Tower

Located within the luxury River Park Tower development in Nine Elms, this project formed part of a wider design vision for the residents’ amenity spaces. Alongside the wellness and treatment lounge, the design proposals explored a series of shared resident areas, including transition spaces between the residential lifts and parking levels, as well as family-oriented lounge areas adjacent to the children’s play facilities.

The completed wellness lounge was designed as a calm retreat within the fitness floor, offering residents a sophisticated space for relaxation, massage and wellbeing treatments. Heated Italian leather loungers, bespoke privacy curtains and a palette of warm natural materials create an atmosphere inspired by contemporary luxury hospitality, providing a welcoming contrast to the more active fitness environments within the building.
